The Lady in the Van (2015)

This film has been on my to-watch list for a very long time, I kept putting it off because I wanted to really take my time to enjoy the film. I finally found the time to sit down and watch it. Let me tell you all about it.

My thoughts
The film was very interesting to me. I found it a bit difficult at first that a lot of people talked about the lady in the van as opposed to them talking to her. This changed a bit later on. I think it was a very interesting story based on a real story. You can learn more about that here.

The story has been told as a play as well and I can really see this being a great story as a play. It was a fun movie I enjoyed watching it. I think it’s one of those stories that is fun to watch with a diverse group of watcher like a family. I think everyone can enjoy something about the story.

If you think it would be something you enjoy I would recommend it, Dame Maggie Smith did a wonderful job with the role and it’s always a pleasure to see her in a film.
