Shitt’s Creek (2015-2020)

This show has been quoted so much that when I saw it on Netflix I wanted to at least try the first episode. before I knew it I was flying through the series and here is my review.

What is this series about?

After being a victim of fraud, Johnny Rose and his family go from extremely wealthy to penniless overnight. The only asset left to them is a small, unsophisticated town: Schitt’s Creek. They relocate there. Culture shock ensues. The show contains six episodes the first four have thirteen episodes each, and the last two seasons both have fourteen episodes. What did I think?
I thought it was very good. It worked well to watch a lot in one go but also to step away from it and come back. The storylines are fun and interesting but they do not put so much in there to be extremely unbelievable. Ithought the cast was great and I liked it immensely. I was sad when it had finished.

It’s one of those shows you can quote easily and it’s one of those you can very easily rewatch. As I said I thought it was a good show and certainly worth a watch.
