Essence The Blush Befitting and Breathtaking

Blush is one of those products I love. It makes you look healthily flushed and as someone whose cheeks do not flush much naturally it is much appreciated to be able to have a product to do just this.

What does Essence say about their product?
Hello the blush! The pressed, silky-soft powder texture feels comfortable to wear, is highly-pigmented, long-lasting and blends easily. Thanks to its buildable coverage, a wide variety of looks can be created. With matte colours and a pearly finish, your make-up and complexion instantly look fresher.

They also say the product is free of alcohol, fragrance, oil, gluten and parabens.

The blush comes in 9 colours, I have number 30 and number 10. Why there isn’t a 50 I could not tell you.

The packaging
The product comes in very simple plastic packaging. While using them I accidentally dropped one and it broke but it remained contained in the packaging and I could quite easily push it back down in the pan. The product contains 5 grams or 0.17 oz.

What do I think
The blushes look quite similar but are not similar at all.I enjoy them both and feel they both have their own strength and place. The blush itself is great. It’s pigmented enough but you can also build it up easily. I must admit that it doesn’t stay on very well. At the end of the day, I feel I lost a lot of the colour. It’s a lovely product for everyday use but if you love a more intricate look or want it to stay on all night. This might not be the best choice for you. The product retails for 2,69.
